Scheduling an Appointment

I offer a very flexible schedule to my clients, and I am available at my home practice in Norcross full time. I also offer remote sessions for Energy Work and Soul Empowerment Sessions. I do not accept insurance at my private practice at this time. But upon request, I am happy to provide you with an invoice receipt that you can turn into your health savings plan. For more information, please contact me.

During your first visit I request that you fill out a Health Intake Form to help me better understand your health & medical history and to create awareness for special needs. This form also serves as your consent to receive any of the services I offer. 

You can either fill out the form when you come in for your first visit, or you are also welcome to download the form and bring it filled out and signed to your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, I kindly request a 48 hour notice. Because I reserve this time exclusively for you, cancellations in less than 48 hours as well as no-shows will be subject to cancellation fee of the full appointment rate. Thank you for your understanding!
